RASKIN DISTRIBUTION FLOW

Based on the Allocation Letter from the Local Government to Perum BULOG

RASKIN is distributed when there is an allocation warrant (SPA) from the Local (District/City) Government to Perum BULOG, via the Head of Regional Division (Kadivre) / Head of Sub Regional Division (Kasubdivre)/  Head of Logistics Section Offices (KaKansilog) based on RASKIN’s plafond (tonnage and the number of Target Households - RTS) and detailed data in each districts and Village.

Based on SPA, Perum BULOG will issue Delivery Order (DO) for each district or village to RASKIN task force (Satker RASKIN). Satker RASKIN will get rice from Perum BULOG’s warehouses, transport and deliver it to the Distribution Point.

On the distribution point, the delivery/sale of RASKIN to RTS-PM (beneficiaries) is conducted by one of three (3) distribution executors which is Task Group (Pokja), or Village Stall (Wardes) or Community Group (Pokmas). At this point of distribution, cash transactions from RTS - PM to Distribution executors takes place. (BULOG@ 2010)
