Participation of BULOG in the Public Relation Outlook 2010

During 2009, Indonesia's national economy was still able to grow in the middle of powerful global financial crises impact that occurred in the second semester of 2008. In this condition, the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) has been proven capable of providing the maximum contribution to the national economy and achieving set targets. Public Relation (PR) forum as a media of channeling information to the public is an important part of socialization so that the public can understand the SOEs contribution in developing national economy.

Aware of it, the SOEs PR Forum held PR-Outlook 2010 event on Wednesday (10/2),. BULOG as one of the SOEs on food sector also participated in this event. The essence of the seminar is to develop 3 pillars that is currently being the SOEs development standards, which are:
1. Trying to eliminate non-corporate intervention in SOEs.
2. GCG improvement of SOEs communities.
3. Election of directors who are truly professional and competent (with appropriate reward and punishment).

According to the Secretary of the SOEs Ministry, DR. Muhammad Said Didu, this event is an annual agenda which usually carries out every year. And for the implementation of PR-Outlook this year, the seminar was held with a very competent speaker in PR field. "This event is very important to establish the mindset of SOEs PR entirely, to understand the development and performance of each SOEs," said Said Didu.

The seminar was attended by 80 participants from various SOEs, and presented a variety of interesting materials, as follows:
